This means that not only is your money safe, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day!

When you order with us, we dispatch ‘in stock’ items within 24hrs. If there is a product that you would like us to order, that you cannot see listed on the website, we will be more than happy to order it in.
We will order your items, on the next working day of purchase - and goods usually get delivered to us within 2 days and dispatched from ourselves within working hours.
If you request your order to be delivered within a certain timeframe, you must email us prior to ordering to ensure that we can fulfill your request. Failure to do so will mean that we may not be able to meet your requirements; although we do expect ALL orders to reach their destination within 5 working days.

As an equestrian myself, I understand how important it is to ensure what we buy is right for both you and your horse. That’s why, everything we offer is of affordable quality.

We also don’t leave you in the dark about your order. If we can’t order an item in for you due to low stock, we will let you know within 24 hours and offer you a choice of transferable credit or a refunded amount.

When all of your items are ready for dispatch, your order will be processed.
Royal Mail 48hr £3.95 is our standard postage option.


Orders of over £85 will receive FREE Royal Mail Standard Postage.

Faster postage options can be requested for an additional charge.
